becoming a missional community

Thursday we'll begin some exploratory conversation and listening around what it means to be a missional community. What would community, for example, look like, differently perhaps from how churches have typically operated, if they subscribed to the following convictions?

1. God is at already work in the world.
2. God is calling us to learn to listen together what that various work could be.
3. God is calling us to see how we are involved in it already and how we can get on board in other ways too.
